Built in 1939 and redeveloped from 2103-2015, The Rise is a large shopping destination located in Oklahoma City’s Uptown District on the corner of NW 23rd and Walker. The streamline design of The Rise takes up the majority of the block. In addition to the large strip facing NW 23rd Street, it also includes The Pump and Pizzeria Gusto. The Pump was once a run down gas station which was turned into a fabulous diner and Pizzeria Gusto has revealed a great deco façade.

“It’s really a terrific area. The area is significant, from an OKC perspective. 23rd street is a major thoroughfare, positioned well between downtown, OCU and the capitol,” said Johnathan Russell, The Rise developer and president of Land Run Commercial Real Estate Advisors.
